Just finished the first quarter. The school part of school is going well. I got straight A's in all AP classes. The social part of school is going awful because girls suck.

I'm awful with girls lol. I had one really good (girl) friend, but she ignored me for all of last year and then blamed me for it over the summer, and we got into a fight.

I was my school's nominee for the Herb Kohl Scholarship, which is for $3,000 per year. It'd be awesome to get, but it's only awarded to the top 100 applicants, and it's a state-wide scholarship. It's also a pain in the butt 6 page application, but I suppose it'd be worth it if I get it. :lol:

And in related news, I'm 1/1 at getting accepted into colleges, as I received a letter of acceptance today from UW-La Crosse, the only school I've applied to. :lol:

Congrats, Brewers! I hope you get the scholarship! Every dollar helps when it comes to paying for college. I know that for a fact. And good job on getting accepted to UW-La Crosse, too!

Now my dad's telling me I have to have a back-up plan in case I change my mind and don't want to go to UWL...

But there's nowhere else I that I really want to go or have seriously considered going to so I think I'll just hope he forgets lol

That's a fair point, Pauly... I do dislike the winter most of the time, but idk how far away I want to move.

so let's see how my senior year is going:

1st: Honors Technology 2.0 (A+) -- I originally hated this class but it's actually really chill, all I do is work on Codecademy or some spreadsheet for like 10 minutes, take a picture and upload it to our google drive (teacher makes us do this every day) and chill the rest of the time
2nd: Honors Forensic Science (B+) -- I really like this class; it's super interesting and we have a lot of labs. I sit next to this dude and we're really good friends now and he's awesome
3rd: Honors Advanced Digital Media (A+) -- One of my favorite classes ever. We have a lot of downtime so I've made a bunch of random stuff (including some fake [I think] mixtape covers)
4th: Study Hall -- They wouldn't let me take AP Study Hall, for some reason. I get out early for lunch every day and get to be at/towards the front of the line which is a huge plus.
5th: Government (A-) -- Taught by the basketball coach. Pretty cool class. The kid behind me is annoying though (and his breath occasionally reeks of cigarettes).
6th: AP Statistics (A) -- Also one of my favorite classes; taught by my favorite teacher, and it's a really interesting subject.
7th: AP Literature and Composition (B) -- We have a huge project due on the 24th. I'm one of the furthest ahead in my class and I still have to write 6 annotated bibliography entries, a character analysis essay, and a 5-6 page minimum critical response -- interpret that however you want.

Also I've been accepted to all 3 colleges I applied to:
Concordia University - Chicago
Indiana University - Bloomington
Wittenberg University
