My team sucks :?

I finished 1 game above .500, I didn't have any outstanding plays like Reyna etc.

Most of my guys are either 30/40 or 30/30 for hitters are pitchers are about 40/40...

Coaches Upset Over not Being Able to Train in Spring Training

Associated Press

The Las Vegas Sharks have been trying to revamp their franchise by hiring new coaches to "fire up" as the GM said, the team. But now Manger Ivan McLeary is mad at the GM. This what he said
McLeary wrote:
I can't belive that we can't train or we will be penilazed! How can my staff and I do our job if we can't train our players to have better stats!

The GM said this in response
LM117 wrote:
I take full responsibity for this problem. We did not play enough last year and I apologize to the entire staff for putting them in this position due to my stupidity.

Pitching Coach Cory Linececum and Bullpen Coach Smoosh Smith are having to work up an even steeper hill if they want to mold the rotation and set up men into nice strong pitchers to give the offense more to fall back on. Espically Ace Johnathan Herra, who is winless in his carrer.

When they mean penalized, they just mean you don't get quite as much from training, you don't lose skills

So just set training and you'll get a little, it just means you'll get a little less from it than usual

ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I didn't know that. I went the first 4 months of my simyard career not training players because they had a penalty.

Sharks Don't Have Claim Number, Stuck with Current Players

Associated Press

Own/GM LM117 doesn't have a claim number so he expects his team to not do well.
LM117 wrote:
I don't have High hopes this season. Our main goal is to play 81 games to get the claim number. Also, Spring Training is going great with vast improvment across the boards.

This is not good for Sharks as they are expecting a big turnaround

They shell out all this money for the staff but not for the players! They are crazy!!

The GM may face some serious issues with this problem.

LAS VEGAS SHARKS SPRING TRAINING UPDATE

http://simyard.com/teams/roster.php?team_id=14114

Overal, we had improvment. People picked up some stat boost a long the way. But with a 0-3 record and leaving the bullpen shattered, the club looks to be headed down the Blvd of Broken Dreams. Myself, the GM, is looking in interact for people but I still haven't found what I'm looking for. The pitchers overal looked ok for our standards but the offence was an EPIC FAIL. The club is looking ahead to the opener against the Lousiana Eagles and hopes to get a victory.

TONITES GONNA BE A GOOD GOOD NITE

Jimmy Marlin (Sharks Beat Writer)

LAS VEGAS WINS, LAS VEGAS WINS!!! The Sharks won their opener against the Louisana Eagles in covicing fashion tonight, 11-3. Highlights include guest appearences by BobbyBBall and Zumi, Johnthan Herrera getting his first carrer win, and the lineup finally pulling together for an 11 run performance. This is what the GM said at the Press confrence

LM117 wrote:
Well it was a well played game and we won our first game since 1915!!! I can't express all the emotion going though me right now. I'll turn it over to Herrera and McLeary. The rest of the staff is up after them. Thank you all!!

Here was some more quotes from various other people.

Herrera wrote:
Well its over with. I won my game. A ton of weight is off my shoulders. But All I can say right now is, "I gotta feeling, that tonites gonna be a good nite tonite!"

McLeary wrote:
Well after a good swell spring training, we won! We now look ahead to more games and hopefully more wins!

Eagle wrote:
I can't state how proud I am of all the players tonight. Although we need to work on our fielding, I am really happy.

Hamp wrote:
I was scared after our horrendous spring training offense that we would not do well tonight but this lineup really steped up under tremendous pressure and came though for our fans. I couldn't be happier for them.

Linececum wrote:
Our Pitching was ok thoughout training but tonight we really shined. We only had two bullpen guys ready and they both came though for us. Herrera did great as well. Lets PARTY!!

Smoosh wrote:
Luckily I didn't have to do much tonight, but we all did well.

LETS PARTY ON THE STRIP TONIGHT BOYS!!!

The Las Vegas Sharks deafeated Sjax's team 7-5 while Closer Hans Speight gets his first save.
Johnathen Herrera was the winng pitcher. The coaches are estatic about defeating a team thats GM once made the park playoffs.

Sharks Lose in Extras to CIT

Jimmy Marlin

The Sharks took on the CIT yesterday as their third game of the day. THecore was 2-0 CIT entering the 9th but the Sharks tied it up on a Raymond Hay Home Run. In extras, both teams scored a run in the tenth but th CIT pulled it out with one final run in the 11th.

Manager McLeary was pleased with the effort.
McLeary wrote:
We played well today. I was really pleased with the pitching espically against such a top notch opponent in the CIT.

The GM was away from the game with a cold. He was barley able to set up the game.

LM117 wrote:
I'm really sorry to all the fans out there. It appears that we won't be able to get a claim number this year. I take the blame for slacking off and not getting on to orgainze these games *ACHOO!*. I am sorry I have let you down.

In other news, the first annual Sharks organization awards will come at the start of the playoffs.
