Not wanting to get off-topic, but people have IP addresses, they can trace the IP address to where they live.

There's all sorts of complicated ways you can hide your IP address.

But why would he have to hide his IP prior to this.


Either way, you can't hide your IP for ever, it can be easily found.

yeah,but i saw it,how can it give someone a sezuire,All it was was red flashing lights.in a another video their were two dumb girls that posed a sezuire whill watching it. They're basicly making fun of sezuires

Exactly, the flashing lights are basically photosensitive epilepsy, also known as a seizure that is caused by a certain set of flashing motions, patterns, and other light sources. You don't even have to have had prior incidents with seizures for a photosensitive epilepsy to occur.

Well obviously, or else you wouldn't be posting. I said you didn't have to have past incidents with seizures to have photosensitive epilepsy, just because you don't have past incidents doesn't automatically mean you would have a seizure after seeing that certain pattern of flashing content.
