I also learned that the only company that produces baseball equipment is Mizzoto.

Another thing I've learned is that you can haave players named Seven and Two, and their numbers won't be 7 and 2.

I learned that no players at the AA or AAA level can ever, for the life of them, complete a double play. If they're on your team, anyway.

I also learned that despite your dad walking out on you and you believing him to be dead, you will still go to ridiculous lengths to please him, actually care what he thinks, and not ever be mad or spiteful at all.

Wearing perfume, even though you can only be male, makes coaches and scouts like you more.

No matter how injured you get, you will never go to the hospital; you will always think you are OK, then lose 50 points of everything immediately.

Insomnia can be acquired by hearing a strange phrase.

People wearing minature cows for hats is perfectly normal. The cows will usually share their wearer's emotions.

I learned that Marvin's glasses are still in style.

20%>97%

All catchers are really walls at heart. Seriously.

My success pitcher's name is really "Who is a Rookie".

People with weird names are good at sports.

Don't worry about being nice to people named Tom. He'll give you money no matter what.

Even though being on a AAA team means that you must be contracted with the parent, MLB club, you are still actively scouted, and then signed to a new major-league contract.

My Life Mode:

There are only two reporters in the whole universe. You may date one of them.

Sports reporting is remarkably not in depth, and yet constant enough to be annoying.

Does Oakley ever get traded away from your team? Man that would rock.

Yeah Oakley can get traded.

Marvin:

I learned that no matter how good/INSANELY HORRENDOUS you are so long as you tag along with a superstar that makes to the majors, you will make it too. Most likely by being the sole draftee in the 80th round.

that you can make up stories about a train running late (when there is no train) and get away with it.

players named after your favorite team will often have great stories that will keep your morale up.

Season mode:

I learned that AAA players don't play any games at all, they just sit there.

I also learned that there is no such thing as A, AA, or Rookie leagues.

All rookies are absolutely terrible, always.

Except Japanese players.

I learned that there are only 5 agents to choose from and I can only negotiate with my team 3 times.
My high-class $50,000 training equipment breaks each month and needs to be rebought.
