Haha sure, I'll start it up. Read my first post. I've changed the rules a bit.

Ok so I pick the teams that finish over .500 for the next 2 weeks right, ok my choices:

Red Sox(of course. this is the only team I can follow on T.V so it might as well be them)
Yankees
Cubs
Diamondbacks
Phillies

I chose the Diamondbacks because of the start they had last season, they had around 20 something wins in April last year and Webb, Haren and Garland should give them alot of wins early on

The only reason that I don't have faith in them is because of their shattered rotation
Next time when I do this, I'll look at teams schedules for whom they play the next 2 weeks so if a teams playing the pirates, nationals and padres for the majority of the next 2 weeks, then I'll pick that team

The first two weeks will include April 6th to April 20th. I am discounting the first two games today as there has not been enough notice for picks and I want to give it one extra day (still not nearly enough notice).

Marlins
Yankees
Giants
Cardinals
Twins

"Criticisms" are welcome.

There's nothing wrong with choosing your favorite team but besides the Yankees, what was it about the Twins, Marlins and Cardinals that makes you pick them

I came close to picking the Marlins but decided against it.

I can answer that. You can't choose the same 5 teams for more rotations, so he might be saving them for later. But you use them less overall that way and miss out on the potential 2 point bonus.

San Fran IS playing in the NL West, mind you.
Yankees can't possibly have a pitcher injured this early in the season, can they?
Twins have a pretty easy schedule starting out.
Same with the Marlins and Cards (who are underrated, especially if Carpenter stays healthy).
