when you jump off the stands onto the net on the backstop at Yankee Stadium to see if it will hold a human (or maybe that's just "You know you're drunk when...".

I meant you give 10,000 dollars for them to make the playoffs only to watch them get humiliated in the ALDS.

I don't think that's being upssessed with baseball mate, I think that might qualify for some sort of variation on Necrophillia (can that simply apply to love of and nothing else?). Baseball isn't too intertwined with gatorade.
