I'll second the eagles as worst. They can be the best fans at times, but they get pretty bad as well. And those towels are AWSOME It looks so cool when all the fans wave them during the games. I have one from a game i went to in sept.

If towels swinging in the drunk black and gold wave of overweight fans signify the best fans then something is wrong.
The worst fans are the steelers fans. I was at the Bengals playoff game back in 05 and when Kimo VonOlehafen ran our lineman into Carson Palmer's knee, I cried. I knew, that this was the end. I looked around at all the bengals fans screaming, but only saw steelers fans cheering. Any fan that cheers for a serious injury is just insane.
The best, most dedicated, fans are the packers fans. Their season ticket sales are ridiculous, and they show other teams up by sheer spirit. Plus it's freaking cold, not like miami or san diego, where people come from a day at the ocean, straight to the game.

I really like Charger fans.

What stadium did you got to? Towels being awsome! Ha, the only thing that hurt baseball more was the ..., oh wait, nothing else did hurt it more.

Best fans: DA BEARS!!!

Worst fans: RAIDERS
(You might get shot wearing the opposing teams jersey there) They take it a little too far.

The 1 Raiders fan that doesnt act like that is offended. Now he might shoot you too.

Seriously though, I live 20 mins from Oakland, and this is accurate. I have never once been to a Raiders game that did NOT have a fight or five, and at least two acts of supreme stupidity done by their fans.

Not to mention, you'll probably get your car stolen in the parking lot.

That's what you get with all that tailgaiting haha. If your sober and you cheer at a footbal game, it just doesn't feel right and appears so far off of everyone else who is cheering (not that I've ever been there drunk haha, I'm only 16).

I'll toss up bears fans for best, we've been thru hard times ( I.E. GROSSMAN!! ) and still can't get an AMAZING QB but hey, we like our football over here!

yep. pittsburgh was really bad a few years ago, and look where we were now! dont worry ppman, your time will come. Or already came, with the Super Bowl.

Eagles, Broncos, and Patriots fans are the worst. Broncos are football stupid and horribly fickle, and the Eagles and Patriots fans are just whiny jerks that have no class at all.

As for best fans, I've really liked Cowboys fans,(I'm biased here) Saints fans, Redskins fans, Bears fans and Steelers fans. Very tough to decide among them.

I've already voted for Raiders as the worst, but I also want to vote for the Patriots for the simple fact that...

few years back, you couldn't find one single Patriots fan (maybe in the New England states) and then they got really good, and all of the sudden it was like every other person you see is wearing Patriots gear.

I guess I shouldn't point my finger at the Patriots seeming as how this happens with many teams in many sports that all of a sudden become really good.

So what I'm trying to say is Bandwagon fans are the worst!!!

Then (typically), they want to argue how their team is so good!

I also notice the bandwagon fans always want to pump up how long they have been "supporting" a team... so for instance, the Patriots win a superbowl, then the next day you see Johnny Patsfan wearing his brand new Pats jersey and telling everyone how hes been a fan since 1972...

Still, bandwagon fans are preferrable to fanatic fans who paint their faces and wear Darth Vader costumes to games...

I was, am, and always will be a Steelers fan. Through the loss to the Pats, i cried. My life was over. WHAT WAS I TO DO IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS WITHOUT FOOTBALL?!?
