Somehow last year, a kid in my class knew where my english teacher was born, his salary, all that stuff.
We were all thinking "STALKER!"
It was hilarious though.
everytime he said something, our teacher would say "How the heck do you know that?"

Sorry for reviving a dead topic, but this is something people have to know. In 8th grade (I think) I had a french teacher from Ireland. It was pretty sad, she used all types of weird phrases (To Hoover?) Yah. Sometimes, tho she would start gibbering on in an Irish accent that I think only 2% of the US population would be able to understand. No wonder I barely passed language exams that year

"I don't know what you're doing." I know that because all the books I have to read for school this year have people who talk like that.

I once had a math teacher that thought she was a magical princess and when we had test she'd put on Irish Music and spray "magic pixie dust" on our test to do good....

"Dinna kin wat yur din" would be Irish/Scottish for "didnt know what you are doing" ... the problem is understanding when they speak really fast- the accent and slang is so thick, its nearly impossible to understand for outsiders.

my math teacher, instead of just calling me Will, calls me "Lil' Will" or "Lil' (my last name), except she stretches out one of the vowels for my last name and leaves out an R. She's asian.
