how come my team isn't in the playoffs
My first season: 3-35

I had a different season in like 1913 but I was 2-2

Any opinions on my roster? Anything I should work on? Any advice?

How do you do spring training is that after the playoffs and stuff. Maybe because I came on late thats why I didn't have spring training?

My roster has a chance to be good behind Gallo and Brewer as my first 2 rotation guys

And my offense will improve(here's to hoping that spring training saves my team)

Yes. It's after the playoffs. You play a few pickup games to get warmed up and do some training too.

Nice dude! Don't forget to set training for next year and you should be ok.

C- Charles Childs: .125(3-24) | 1 HR | 3 RBI
HIT: 5 | BSP: 1 | POW: 18 | SPD: 5

So this team didn't perform how their abilties show but they all had less than 159 At bats so not much to show
And with training then this team could be a powerhouse, like childs(who if he gets bat speed can hit alot of homeruns)

Mayfield is the heart of my lineup(he struggled badly at the end)
Ybarra is a good average hitter
Reese hit 3 HR in 45 at bats which is great
Renfro, Fernandez and Werner have great speed
Nevarez wasn't too bad and was battign .300 for quite awhile
Childs has amazing power for a catcher but no bat speed
And Houck was on fire at the end, he had alot of 2-3, 2-4 or 3-4 days during the last 10 games

What're the pitching stats?

i have too many relief pitchers but here are my starters and closer

Closer: Timmothy Hennings | 2.13 ERA | 1/1 : SV/SVO

Kevin Brewer | 1-3 | 9.28 ERA(Didn't spend much time with team)

Chase Jefferies | 0-7 | 9.64 ERA(He was with me the whole way but he sucked)

James Collin | 0-6 | 8.64 ERA(Same thing as Jefferies)

Donald Chitwood | 1-3 | 4.05 ERA(Best pickup I made)

Charles Gallo | 0-1 | 4.05 ERA(Didn't make manuy starts but is a 205 win, 44 year old veteran to say the least)

Ok so maybe Chitwood and Gallo are my best, I was overrated Brewer because he had a 3.02 ERA and 5-0 record in 5 starts in his career(he actually had a 4-0 record in 4 starts but won his first with me)
