also if we're all talking about Relationships ! I'm making huge strides with a girl I've had a crush on for the better part of the last two years (more or less the past six years, if we're Really Stretching It Out). I asked her out last year and she said no. but now things look much different. I'll Keep U Posted. idk if I've talked about this. we had quite a revealing conversation last night which has filled me w/ glee -- I'm not sure if I'm misinterpreting anything, though.

Also, BooCrew, p sure that SATs are required for most every college, so I would recommend taking them

Nobody around here requires the SAT... The Midwest and west coast use the ACT, and the east and south use the SAT iirc... There's a map that shows which is more common in each state, it's interesting.

I did fine on my ACT so I'm not worried

As someone who lives in the southeast, I can confirm that nobody *(censored)* takes the ACT

I thought it was still the most important test but I've been told by an older sibling not to stress, that it doesn't matter as much anymore.

Good for me, until I heard they're trying to void test scores from Saturday due to a sketchy time mess-up.

Although this discussion reminds me that I should take the SAT again in the fall. Does anybody know what the deadline is so I can include it in applications?

A college in my area did a study and they concluded that SAT and ACT scores just show how much time and money you have for tutoring. I can say it's true. I got a 1600 on the SAT without any tutoring (I think 800 in math). All the kids in my grade, that got 2000+, had hours on top of hours of tutoring.

If that's true, that's extremely impressive and disappointing at the same time
