Yes, but if you want to join a league, you'll have to get a stadium permit, which sort of costs money.

It's optional. Stadium Permit lets you make your own stadium.

You can basically do anything, except make trades and sign players and stuff. You can play games, but only in the Park, under "public fields."

Also, if you join, you can face me when my pitchers are rested up.
