Being in a class with juniors/seniors has its benefits sometimes. We had an assembly 2nd period and they had it third period so I basically get a free hour before 4th period. The presenter was DJ 007 and he had everyone jumping up and saying "Oh yeah!" the whole time. They were pretending to shoot 3s so many broken wrists were had, I'm sure. This is where we were: http://instagram.com/p/kzRVXCmn-8/

I got second honors for the marking period and a letter came today saying I was in the top 48% of the school. Also chose my schedule for next year which includes Spanish III Honors and Multi-Media Apps. I was thinking about taking sociology too but that's only for half the year - the other half is Holocaust & Genocide class.

I remember having a class sophomore year of High School, Consumer's Math. This class basically focused on stuff like stocks, writing checks, housing prices, stuff that you'd use math in in life after school, out in the real world. This class was hella easy. So much so, that I was the only non-senior in that class in the final semester of the year (which was when I had that class). So, I got the whole class to myself the last 2 weeks of school that year, helping my teacher with odd jobs around the classroom. I think I got a pretty good deal, as that only meant I had to take one math class in Senior year.

Well I'll be happy if I never play ping pong again - we're playing it in gym and I'm just terrible. We only got to practice for a few days and games began. It's clear who's really good - the others don't have much of a chance. I'm having more fun watching the top 5 guys play each other than playing myself.

I have no desire to get any better after getting demolished, but we're having a tournament anyway on Monday. Our teacher's best reason to be playing it in the first place is simply "something you guys can play when you're older".

So there's my update for the day.

I have to pay for a new ceiling tile because I threw a pencil and it stuck there, it's pretty *(censored)* stupid.

The girls in my class took out a bouncy ball in class and threw it at the roof. Didn't even get in trouble.

Also, when you start would be cool to know.

Like every public school in Wisconsin, we start on September 2nd.

I'm pumped for Wildlife 2nd semester. :) The teacher is really cool and she said it's a small class which is always fun. :)

I must ask, Dish. How do you get used to having such long classes?

Also, I don't even know when I start. And I don't get my schedule until mid-late August soooooo, nothing to contribute here I guess.
