This thread moves too fast, and I miss a lot of conversations I would like to offer my thoughts on.

I think I'm pretty much going to give up on my whole video game commentary thing for a long while now, not until I get a job and enough spare money to actually afford the things required to do it right. I have no idea how long this could take, whether I do or don't ultimately decide to move to another country. I'm thinking if I do move it'll take longer though because I'd have to deal with a lot of expenses related to the move...

What country would you move to, if you are to move at all, that is.

I hate to revive this particular topic, but I really felt like I needed to say something.



I'm a Christian, and I don't understand how homosexuality got to be such a big deal in the first place. If I recall correctly, there is one, maybe two passages in the Bible that explicitly call out homosexuality as a sin. This puts it on par with such "sins" as mixing fabrics (Deuteronomy 22:11/Leviticus 19:19) and shaving (Leviticus 19:27). Therefore, even if you do agree with the fact that homosexuality is wrong, it's such a minor wrong that it can and should be completely ignored.



If this is the case (hint: it is), the argument that God dislikes homosexuals is fundamentally flawed. If God doesn't like homosexuals, and it's not something caused by free will, then why does it exist?

The world "love" alone is mentioned 600+ times in the Bible. Just look at all the pain and suffering caused by anti-gay bullying/movements. If there's one big lesson in the Bible, it's kindness. The depressing thing is, people tend to forget that.

All this is not to mention the fact that the Bible should have no effect on the laws of this country anyway.

Sorry to go off on a rant like this, this is a just a topic that bothers me and I felt the need to share my thoughts.

Now, I'm not the most religious person, so I have no idea what went on in the bible, but from my limited understanding, it was that God and Jesus loved everyone, and accepted everyone.

But some people Anthony don't understand that, and proceed to dislike people for a reason that isn't really a legitimate reason at all.

I support gays. And I feel everyone should.

There are no reasons not to do it.

People have to learn to accept others.

I feel that the biggest problem with modern Christianity is that everyone seems to think they know everything about God, something that couldn't be farther from the truth.
