Los Angeles Dodgers - 8
Atlanta Braves - 1

WP: Ted Lilly (13-10)
LP: Tim Hudson (15-9)
SV: -

The Dodgers managed to jump on Tim Hudson early, with a Marcus Thames two-run double in the top of the first. But, they weren't done, as Juan Uribe hits a 3-run blast to open it up to a 5-0 advantage. The Braves would score a run next inning on a Heyward RBI single. The Dodgers would add on insurance in the 8th and 9th, as they win 8-1.

Los Angeles Dodgers:
Ted Lilly: CG, 10 H, ER, 2 BB, 8 K
Juan Uribe: 4-5, HR, 4 RBI, 2B

Atlanta Braves:
Tim Hudson: 5 IP, 5 H, 5 ER, 2 BB, 3 K
Eric Hinske: 2-2, 2 BB

I was done with this season, so I simulated to the end.

9-6: Congratulations! The Braves (AAA) have finished the season at 79-65 (.549). You have made the playoffs as a wild card team and will be playing the Chiefs in the first round of the playoffs.
9-6: The Braves (AA) have finished the season at 36-34 (.514). Unfortunately, this wasn't good enough to make the playoffs. Better luck next season.
9-12: The Braves (AAA) have been eliminated from the playoffs by the Chiefs.
9-29: The Braves (MLB) have finished the season at 68-94 (.420). No playoff berth.

PLAYOFFS?! YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT PLAYOFFS?!

The Yankees have defeated the Cardinals in the 2011 World Series.

RETIRED PLAYERS:
Clifton Cortes (C): Ability
Dae-Sung Ha (RF): Ability
Johnny Hodges (RF): Injury
Tim Wakefield (RP): Age

Whoops. I missed the stats...not sure how.

Atlanta Braves - 1
Cincinatti Reds - 3

WP: Mike Leake (1-0)
LP: Tim Hudson (1-1)
SV: Francisco Cordero (3)

The scoring began in the top of the second, when Jason Heyward destroys a changeup up in the zone for a solo shot to make it 1-0. Then, in the top of the fifth, Jay Gibbons destroys a two-run home run down the right field lin-- Wait, wait, hold everything! The umpires go into the booth to review it. The ruling on the field is uph-OVERTURNED! What! Well, that's okay. Now, Gibbons has another shot at it. Gibbons hits the pitch...this one's going deep! But the center fielder makes the play against the wall. Then, in the next frame, the Braves make a crucial mistake, when after an Uggla error/stolen base, a ground out occurs. But, Gibbons checks the runner over at third and throws it wide, and the run scores to tie up the ball game! Then, Ryan Hanigan, the next batter, hits a solo shot, so the Reds take the lead! Another error will take place in the bottom of the sixth when Brian McCann throws it over the second baseman's head checking on the runner after catching a pop out. The runner would score. That's all either team will get, as the Braves lose, 3-1.

Atlanta Braves:
Tim Hudson: 6 IP, 3 H, 3 R (1 ER), 6 K
Jason Heyward: 2-4, HR, RBI

Cincinatti Reds:
Mike Leake: 6.1 IP, 4 H, ER, 3 K
Ryan Hanigan: 1-3, HR, RBI
