I don't like that he went to the most stacked team in the NBA, and left the town that he completely choked on. I'm fine with Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade on that team. But I don't like that LeBron is on it. Plus, he still has 7 championships left to win before he leaves Miami.

Same here. I'm fine with Wade and Bosh. I used to be a Heat fan. Now I hate 'em.

Ah, well. I guess LeBron will never please even half of everyone since he left Cleveland. But, seriously, Dan Gilbert made a much bigger ass of himself that night. His guarantee went one season before epically failing.

LeBron, Wade and Bosh took less money to come together. I was rooting for OKC too, but I feel bad for Seattle. They didn't deserve to get their team taken away. Oh, and, ppfan, check your PM's.

The way they handled things was what REALLY put me off. Plus, all the media focused on was the Heat, not how well the Mavs played last season or anything like that.

Also, I watched Game 4 (at golf camp, nothing else on) and was absolutely appalled by the home-court advantage the Heat enjoyed when it came to the reffing. It was ridiculous...

Can't wait to play 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors on DS in a week...

Ha! If you saw game two you'd know it wasn't just at home where the Heat got all the calls. Kevin Durant was clearly fouled on what could have been the winning/tying shot. I think the Mavs were treated okay in the media. Over last summer everyone had Dirk in their top five players in the NBA, other then that they didn't get much.

The Mavs got pretty much no attention at all, because all of it was focused on how the Heat lost, not the excellent (team) play that Dallas showed.

And yeah, the bias is stupid. Don't even get me started on the inane number of travels that didn't get called (this is in general, but still, three or four steps and no call? What the heck?)

Travels never get called in the NBA. It annoys me because it is one of the only non-judgment calls. Fouls and other things depend on the ref, but travels. Two steps when you're going up for a layup/dunk is enough. Why do players even need the three to four steps they take? They have great hops for a reason.

On a different note, PPFan and I are in the early stages of working together on something that has never been done. I am sure it will alter all of your minds. However, we're keeping most of the details secret.
