He doesn't just post in dead logs he posts in all dead topics! Well at least he's not hambone. And he's got a good log himself so it is fine.

I don't think its considered dead if people still write on it...

A log that hasn't been posted on for one week isn't dead, IMO. 2-3 weeks would be my personal diagnosis for death of a topic.

Really? My log was dead for almost a year and I updated it anyway... and now it's been dead for another 2 weeks. I'm not very good at this, am I?

BYE-BYE BANUELOS: Yankees Acquire Oswalt form Phillies

NEW YORK--The Yankees made a huge statement about their playoff urgency today, trading future stars Manny Banuelos and Gary Sanchez for Phillies starter Roy Oswalt. "We need to make a dynasty happen," GM Brian Cashman said about the deal. "We have a surplus of youth, and the Phillies have a pitching monopoly. Plus, [Oswalt's] chemistry with Cole Hamels should be great." The Yankees now have a semi-solid rotation, but minus Banuelos, questions about Dellin Betances and Andrew Brackman arise.

TWO GOOD PITCHES: Scherzer Gives up One Run, Oswalt Takes First Defeat

DETROIT--Max Scherzer's first two pitches of the night were right down the middle, resulting in a leadoff home run for Derek Jeter. For the rest of the night, Scherzer was nearly unhittable, handing Roy Oswalt his first loss of the season on his first start as a Yankee. Also in the game, Raul Ibanez hurt his hamstring and was replaced by Melky Mesa. He has been listed as day-to-day, and will likely not start tomorrow's series opener in Texas.
