yes I do, that's the only reason I started doing logs. I think I read through the whole thing, it was an interesting idea that caught on

Yeah. All of those times have been replaced, with "free for all" and less hardcore players.

I remember all of that all too well, it really sucks now that the only active topics are Corrupt a Wish and You're Banned, games that get old in 2 pages.

There's nothing here anymore that really even prompts any sort of intellectual thought or discussion among members.

I've done all I could think of to try to help revive the Life Mode forum, but that didn't really help at all...

yep that's pretty much how it is sadly. a good amount of hardcore power pro players are gone and all the things we need to know seem solved so everyone's waiting on MLB Power pros 2010, which I still don't see coming out. mlbppworld probably won't die any time soon, but it's lost its luster

Yeah,with no new game,the site is loosing its roots.People still do Logs,and I might start one sometime soon.But lets face it,sooner or later Power Pros wont be the main thing on the site.

Honestly, it isn't the main thing on this site. I still play Power Pros almost every weekend during the school year, but I don't post what I do in the game on this site that often, unless its for a log or something funny that happened. If I get a PS3 with Backwards compatibility with the PS2, MLB Power Pros 2008 and Kingdom Hearts II are the only games I'm gonna keep for myself to play, simply because they have the most meaning to me. I have dreams of creating two different teams of sucess players to rival each other that seems a bit far off now, but I may persue it anyway. But, Power Pros I think has taken a backseat or at the very least been pushed to the level of free for all topics in popularity.

I joined this site in April of 2009, meaning I've been coming here for a good year and a quarter now. I came here at the beginning of the decline of the Power Pro topics. I still remember when people were excited about this game, and the prospects of PP 09. Heyhey's topic really started the downfall. Once people founded out that there would be no new game, they left this site, coming back for an occassional visit.

On a side note, a friend of mine recently discovered this franchise, and I may introduce him to this site soon. This site still has just about everything a casual fan could want to know, but it could still be expanding, as cooldude is trying to do right now. I may help him out with Life Mode soon, if I can bring myself delete one of my Season mode slots, I'm low on memory.

I remember when we used to have a chatroom.

Speaking of which, it would be nice if someone could set up an unofficial chat room or something, nobody would be on most of the time, but sometimes there are several people online and I just kinda sit around refreshing and waiting for somebody to post something.

Also, if anybody has ever written a story or something they could post it here, or come up with an interesting RPG idea, anything that even has a slight chance of improving the forum, no matter how far it's already strayed from it's former glory.
