its not that hard to hit it when its in the dirt i mostly hit it foul but i sometimes get a base hit

I love the Eephus. In MLB 2K6 (hides after writing post for fear of riduclue) I strike out EVERYONE by maxing the break on the pitch. The batter practiclly falls down trying to hit it.

put speed as far down as possible, and watch the batter flail, i mean, he could swing twice before the pitch hit the mitt, (or ground or backstop, whatever comes first)

thats what i wish mlb the show would do, add the eephus and let any pitcher throw the gyro (only dice-k can throw it, though it doesnt come in his normal pitch selection, if you edit his pitches, you will eventually find gyroball in the pitches you can choose from)
