It's not that difficult. First, train in actual Exhibition games to get decent at hitting. ONLY swing at good pitches that are high in the zone to make up for the lack of TRJ. The CPU will, 95% of the time, give you at least one there in AA games. Make sure you hit the ball in the sweet spot. Most of the time, it's gone.

EDIT: A point I forgot: get lucky with the batters on base. That's what happened to me.

Furthermore, pitchers in AA/AAA has crappy breaking ball and stuff compared to MLB pitchers (Santana, Beckett, Peavy) those aces of their teams. If you could hit like 5/6 HR off them, it would be reasonablely easy to destroy them, espically since their difficulty level is lower. I'm pretty sure you don't face Ortiz/A-Rod types of batters other than Sittch/Morgan.
