Vs Lefty ability affects your hitting ability against left handed pitchers. The higher the level, the better your ability.
- In professional baseball, left handed pitchers have an advantage against right handed hitters and vice versa. It is not clear how this translates into the game, or why there isn't a right handed equivalent.
