The blue pitchers ability, Release, provides a good, quick, clean release on pitches, especially those with a runner on base who may steal. It gives the catcher far more time to react to a steal and thus giving you more outs. There are three ranks of Release, 2, 3, and 4. 2 is below average. 3 is the starting state and is average. 4 is above-average and the one that is desired and received if getting the ability.
