All Timers beat Oakland As 6-2

The All Timers beat the Oakland As 6-2 today. The All Timers scored 5 of their 6 in the bottom of the third off Rich Harden. They also batted around that inning. Satchel Paige made his first start as he was moved from the bullpen into the rotation yesterday. He pitched brilliantly giving up 6 hits and 2 runs in 8 2/3. Rickey Henderson was also called up from the minors yesterday and Ted Williams was sent down due to the All Timers needing a pinch runner. Dennis Eckersly got the final out for the All Timers.

W-Satchel Paige 0-1
L-Rich Harden 1-1

HR-Tony Conigliaro(3)
---Nick Swisher(3)
---Mark Ellis(1)

Player of the Game:Satchel Paige
Satchel pitched marvelously in his first start giving up 6 hits and 2 runs in 8 2/3.

Record:4-4

How the heck are Hoyt Wilhelm and Willie Mays in AAA?

Because Willie Mays was the 3rd player I'd ever made. Wilhelm didn't turn out too well for some reason...

All Timers beat Oakland As 10-3

The All Timers looked horrible until the bottom of the third when Jimmie Foxx hit a 3-Run homer to put the All timers over the As 4-3. It was downhill from there as the All Timers cruised to a 10-3 victory.

HR-Jackie Robinson(1)
---Jimmie Foxx(7)
---Rogers Hornsby(1)
---Tony Conigliaro(4)

Player of the Game:Jimmie Foxx

Record:5-4

The All Timers added Mark Fidrych today to their AAA roster. It is unsure whether or not he will be called up to the Majors.

Ted Williams isn't that good...I'll try to post everyone's stats later.

Note:Their stats aren't realistic. More like proportionatly downgraded. I can't get them realistic because I don't save/load. Also the pitchers mostly have KN, V-SLD, and ORIG for pitches since those are my favorites. :)
