The First Day of Spring Training AND THE BLUE JAYS Make A Crazy Deal It has been reported that The Blue Jays Have Traded: Mark DeRosa Muneori Kawasaki AND Most Importantly Rajai Davis In return the Blue Jays have gotten: Phil Hughes Adam Warren and Eduardo Nunez The newly hired GM said this, "We let go some of our older players to receive players we think have great potential, Phil Hughes and Adam Warren may become no. 4 and 5 starters and Nunez will probably live on the bench." Roles for Spring Training: Phil Hughes will be the fifth starter, but they have said he will only start 2 or 3 starts and Drew Hutchinson and Kyle Drabek will share starts after |

MELKY CABRERA PUT ON 15-DAY DL Date:March 21, 2013 Melky Cabrera has been put on the 15-day DL with an Abdominal Strain. John Pillar and another were sent up. John Gibbons said, "Melky was ok and would recover before 15 days, but our new GM wants to make sure we take all health issues seriously." Melky had a .329 AVG and will be a big loss for the 15 days of Spring Training. |

I didn't know that was spring training, sorry. Still, it's good to have a veteran on your team, but Tehran is a good option as ace. |

Well, keeping him because of a spring training start isn't realistic, but neither is pitching a complete game in spring. |

If he gave up 5 runs with the same amount pitchers he would still be pitching. His eigth inning was like 20 pitches the announcer said. But I did pitch with Justin De Fratus like 4 innings in my last log. I try to not kill the bullpen to the extreme. |
