So, this is a tad bit fictional as all teams are as of Sept. 1, 2015. So, the start of the offseason roster is what you could look at. I would continue the Retro Hawks, but the computer broke, so it is dead.
The San Diego Padres as of Sept. 1 have the worst Prospects system. #30, and are now in the worst position, the middle. So, what will the Padres do?

Argenis Orosco Betancourt Signed as New GM of the San Diego Padres
Date: Saturday, March 21, 2015
Today, the San Diego Padres have signed Argenis Orosco Betancourt, 42. Argenis Orosco Betancourt is from El Paso, Texas and was born of two Mexican immigrants. Many from MLB Network has said that Argenis Orosco Betancourt will need some patience from the ownership.
Tom Verducci wrote ""New general managers are always in a rough spot. The organization needs to take a thoughtful, weighted approach. It has some great talent, but it also has holes. Betancourt shouldn't reinvent the wheel or feel pressured to make any knee-jerk decisions this early on. He should take his time and base his assessment of the club on logic."
Argenis Orosco Betancourt said that the team looks to rebuild this year and says that he will reinvent the team not the wheel.
A. J. Preller was given the job as an assistant GM and says he will do most of the minor league this year, and hopes to have his voice in key decisions

Argenis Orosco Betancourt made a big move today just days before the opener. The San Diego Padres will give the Angels CL Craig Kimbrel(5*,5*), RP Joaquin Benoit(4.5*,4.5*), RP Shawn Kelley(4.5*,4.5*), and SS Clint Barmes(1*,1*) for top prospects SS Julio Garcia(.5*,5*), 3B Kaleb Cowart(2*,4*), RF Junior Pedie(.5*,4*), Trevor Gott(2.5*,3.5*), and SP Andrew Heaney(1.5*,3*).
The Padres also have brung up Ordismar Despaigne, Robbie Erlin, and Caleb Thieblar.
Padres' fans are very angry that the Betancourt traded Kimbrel and some are now fans of the Angels.

The Padres have sent 30-year-old RF Matt Kemp(4.5*,4.5*), 28-year-old RHP Andrew Cashner(3.5*,4*), 24-year-old minor league 2B Cory Spangenberg(1*,1.5*), 17-year-old minor league C Ricardo A. Rodriguez(.5*,1.5*) and 22-year-old minor league RHP Bryan Verbitsky(.5*,1*) to the Arizona Diamondbacks for 22-year-old minor league RHP Aaron Blair(.5*,4*), 18-year-old minor league SS Isan Diaz(.5*,4*), 21-year-old minor league RF Gabriel Guerrero(1*,4*) and 33-year-old 2B Aaron Hill(2*,2*).
The Padres have sent Aaron Hill to the majors and SP Casey Kelly(.5*,.5*). The Padres now rank 22 out of 30 in their minor league system.
Upton Traded to the Nats as the Padres Trade for Better Prospects

The Padres announced today a trade with Washington that will send 27-year-old LF Justin Upton(4.5*,4.5*), 33-year-old RHP James Shields(4*,4*), 26-year-old 2B Jedd Gyorko(3.5*,4*), 27-year-old RHP Odrisamer Despaigne(3.5*,3.5*), 30-year-old RHP Ian Kennedy(3.5*,3.*) and $25,000,000 in cash to the Nationals in exchange for 17-year-old minor league SS Bryan Bencosme(.5*,4.5*), 17-year-old minor league SS Omar Meregildo(.5*,4.5*), 21-year-old minor league C Pedro Severino(1*,4*) and 22-year-old minor league 2B Chris Bostick(1*,3,5*). All players are expected to be in their respective new cities in time for today's games.
The Padres have sent up Chris Rearick(3*,3.5*), Trevor Gott(2.5*,3.5*), 3B Kaleb Cowart(2*,4*), LF Alex Dickerson(1*,1.5*), and CF Tyson Gillies(1*,1*).
The Padres have another big trade and it looks like the Padres will lose a lot of games this year.

Minnesota will get 26-year-old C Derek Norris(3.5*,4*), 26-year-old RHP Kevin Quackenbush(3.5*,4*), 27-year-old RHP Tyson Ross(3.5*,3.5*), 30-year-old CF Melvin Upton Jr.(2.5*,2.5*), 27-year-old 1B Yonder Alonso(2*,2*), 2B Aaron Hill(2*,2*), 29-year-old LHP Marc Rzepczynski(2.5*,2.5*), 24-year-old LHP Robbie Erlin(1.5*,1.5*), 27-year-old RF Jake Goebbert(1.5*,1.5*), 26-year-old 3B Will Middlebrooks(1.5*,1.5*) and $25,000,000 in cash with San Diego receiving 16-year-old minor league RHP Huascar Ynoa(.5*,4.5*), 19-year-old minor league SS Nick Gordon(1*,5*), 21-year-old minor league 3B Miguel Sano(1.5*,5*), 20-year-old minor league RHP Jose Berrios(1*,4.5*) and 21-year-old minor league SS Jorge Polanco(1*,4.5*) in return.
Done over two trades.
The Padres will look to be a bad team this year. They also look to get the #1 pick next year.

Padres, Dodgers Close Deal
Date:Thursday, April 2, 2015
It is being reported in Los Angeles that the Dodgers and the San Diego Padres have agreed on a trade. According to anonymous sources 36-year-old 2B Chase Utley(3*,3*) and $3,000,000 in cash will be dealt to the Padres in return for 27-year-old SS Hector Gomez(1*,2.5*).

His lifetime stats show that Utley has hit .285 and connected for 228 home runs.

St. Louis will send 31-year-old 3B Mark Reynolds(4*,4*) and $1,492,500 in cash to the Brewers, while the Cardinals will receive 25-year-old LHP Will Smith(3*,3*) and 18-year-old minor league LHP Kodi Medeiros(.5*,4.5*).

Yesterday, yikes the media was all over me letting Norris let him pitch the eigth. Hey, he only had 100 pitches but then he walked some guys. And then With two outs three runs were scored. Gosh. And all of that for believing in him.
