So, this is a tad bit fictional as all teams are as of Sept. 1, 2015. So, the start of the offseason roster is what you could look at. I would continue the Retro Hawks, but the computer broke, so it is dead.
The San Diego Padres as of Sept. 1 have the worst Prospects system. #30, and are now in the worst position, the middle. So, what will the Padres do?

Argenis Orosco Betancourt Signed as New GM of the San Diego Padres
Date: Saturday, March 21, 2015
Today, the San Diego Padres have signed Argenis Orosco Betancourt, 42. Argenis Orosco Betancourt is from El Paso, Texas and was born of two Mexican immigrants. Many from MLB Network has said that Argenis Orosco Betancourt will need some patience from the ownership.
Tom Verducci wrote ""New general managers are always in a rough spot. The organization needs to take a thoughtful, weighted approach. It has some great talent, but it also has holes. Betancourt shouldn't reinvent the wheel or feel pressured to make any knee-jerk decisions this early on. He should take his time and base his assessment of the club on logic."
Argenis Orosco Betancourt said that the team looks to rebuild this year and says that he will reinvent the team not the wheel.
A. J. Preller was given the job as an assistant GM and says he will do most of the minor league this year, and hopes to have his voice in key decisions

The bases were loaded and none of our players were warmed up. It all happened in about three at-bats.

I think even Brad Ausmus would've had at least one guy warming up in that situation. Just saying.

PLEASE take pitchers out earlier

Also, Frank Garces is a reliever so he shouldn't be starting anyway
