Signing Day Dave knew he was the #1 prospect coming into the college football world. He still doesn’t know who he will sign with… and today is signing day. All of the scholarships that he may choose are… #4 Georgia #8 Ohio State #9 Stanford #14 Oklahoma #19 Notre Dame #24 Washington Texas A&M Texas Tech Pittsburgh Iowa So Dave has narrowed it down to 10. He was thinking and this time he narrowed it down to 5 and this is what the 5 look like… #8 Ohio State #9 Stanford #19 Notre Dame Texas A&M Iowa Dave but more thought into it and narrowed It down to 3… #8 Ohio State #19 Notre Dame Iowa More thought was put in this time as Dave narrowed it down to 2 teams… #8 Ohio State Iowa As Dave Jennings hade his press conference he still couldn’t decide, Iowa or Ohio State. Finally he said to everyone at the press conference… I will choose the University of…….. Iowa. That decision now started the Legacy Of Dave Jennings And Iowa. |

The first year at Iowa he was redshirted and they had a good year Going 9-4 |

Here we are 2014 as Iowa started the season #20 in the country but after a bye in week 1 we moved up to #18 so this is the recap of week 2... Vs Ball State In are first drive Jennings threw for 44 yards while throwing 3-4 and they scored a touchdown on a run play and just after they got a defensive touchdown. On our 2 drive Jennings threw 37 yards throwing all 3 passes for completions and a passing touchdown. Once again Jennings leads his offence down the field for another touchdown as he threw for 59 yards. This time throwing for 66 yards Jennings throws his 2nd passing touchdown. After another drive Jennings gets his first rushing touchdown. Once again Jennings gets another rushing touchdown. The final score was 47-14 as we win our first game. Stats 13-16 268 yds 2 TD |

I played the whole season already and that was my worst game and I don't even know why I chose to go to Iowa? |

Here on another Saturday Jennings comes onto the field. Here on the first play Jennings drops back to pass... he's sacked on the play and does not seem to get up!!! Jennings did not return to the game but will start next week after he sprained his ankle. So now the starting QB and RB will be out against Kentucky. Iowa started out hot but the backup QB almost blew the game and Iowa won in 2OT 60-57. |
