So I've had the game for a little less than a week now. I figured I'd share with those that don't have yet or aren't sure if they wanna get it some of the new stuff. So here we go...

  • There are now 3 sections when you name a player. Nickname, last name and first name. After entering what you want, you're given the option of what you'd like on your name plate. Nickname, last name, first name or last and first name.
  • New parts for appearances. These include new hair styles, new facial hair (along with 2 masks) and new glasses (including eye patches and monocles).
  • 4 and 5 scale abilities are now measured in grade instead. E-D-C are all neutral. A is the highest you can go and G is the lowest.
  • You can set a player's growth type after finishing them in success mode.
  • 3 schools for success mode. Powerful University (with part time job feature), Ichiryu (which has you attempting to move ahead of players until you're one of the best... At least, that's what I'm gathering. After you get into the top 8, there's a practice feature that gives you 20+ points in each category) and Rotumen (Many things are decided by the roll of dice, including raising your practice levels. You start with a die numbered 1 through 6. If you devote the time, you can get all sides but 1 up to 20. You can't get rid of 1.)
  • Japanese legends are present in the game. I'm unfortunately unfamiliar with any of the ones I've unlocked outside of Hideki Matsui.
  • Eikan is a new mode Powerprosfan31 mentioned before. You are the director of a high school baseball team. You create your team's look, as well as selecting where they're based. When you get into the mode, it's a board game type set up where you use cards to move. You also use cards in game as a manager. I'm still very fuzzy on how everything in this mode works. I believe I've read your players from this mode can become regular players, but I'm not sure how that works.

Wow, there are some really cool features... I didn't know about a lot of these. :lol: The Eikan mode sounds really interesting.

For sure. Having played a bit more since last night, the draft is in October and you'll find out then if any of your players were drafted.

Oh shit, man, I've been waiting for new hairstyles for like 3 years, heh

All that other stuff sounds really cool too, tho
