It's actually high "B", 180 or higher is "A".

He was known coming up as one of the few players to ever have 80 grade power and 80 grade speed, so he should have As in both run speed and power in my opinion

IMO, the muscle that he has put on to add power in his bat has slowed him down a little bit from when he was younger. I'd say 12 or 13 should fit him.

He has all the abilities I listed. Ended up giving him "A" in power (180), and I also gave him Spider Catch and Throwing 4. Here he is, enjoy!
