It wasn't exactly a perfect game or no-no but i had halladay with the jays against the indians almost throw a one hitter on all powerful (i think cpu hitting mite b expert). gave up the hit to the very first batter and retired the next 25 in a row, blew it in the top of the ninth, gave up lik 5 hits and 2 runs, still won lik 9-2 or sumthing but i was just so surprised i almost threw a one hitter

Well, not a perfect game, but I just had a two-hit shutout facing the minimum number of batters possible into the seventh with Hideo Nomo. Nick Johnson broke that up with two outs in the seventh a solo home run.

I did it in MLB the Show 09 in RTTS in my 3rd year.

Does it count?

Wow, they always pulled me out of the game in that game before I could get that far, even if I was pitching a perfect game.

That is why under interact, you tell your manager to let you stay longer in the game. Usually my games I throw about 80-90 pitches before I get pulled out. I heard you could stay up to 160 pitches if your "pitching well". My stuff gets worse after the 8th inning so thank god I got a good heater.

Hideo Nomo does it again. He had a perfect game against the Diamondbacks until the 14th batter of the game, Orlando Hudson, broke it up with a single. Nomo then got the double play, still having faced the minimum. Then, in the 8th, Orlando Hudson took THAT away with a solo home run. In the 9th, the D'Backs catcher led off with a single, and after getting the pinch hitter for the pitcher out, Eric Byrnes grounded into a double play, and Hideo Nomo pitched a 1-run, 3-hit complete game facing 28 batters, 1 above the minimum.

I just took a perfect game into the 7th against the Pirates with Mark Buehrle, broken up by a lead-off single by Nate McLouth in the 7th. I was playing on powerful, but I was doing so well against them, it was as if I was playing on normal. I think it was having the pink face for motivation.

I just took a no-hitter into the 8th with Ubaldo Jimenez against the Padres on my Rockies season mode. In the 8th, on a 3-2 count to Adrian Gonzalez, he hit a solo homer to right field. I was so mad, because I was considering walking him, but I ended up deciding to throw that last pitch in the strike zone hoping for an out, but I didn't get it.

I just threw a perfect game... with my Success Mode player... in AAA... without actually pitching at all!
I swear, it simmed the whole game against the Guava Strawberries and I didn't have to enter the game once! He got 15 K's, too!

I've done that, once! It's really cool because you get more experience points from not pitching at all than you would from playing part of the game.

I know, I nearly maxed out Coach's Eval (already had Scout's Eval maxed), and got about 40odd points for everything else, AND Dr. K!

Haha, I've done that with Geoffrey Willits and Arthur FalkenBorg, both in AA. It makes you feel so proud of yourself...for doing nothing.

I have yet to do it. Come close with a No-no and one hit but end up giving up a hit.

Using the generic pitchers, I took a perfect game into the 8th inning during the final Galaxy Sharks game last week. I tried to get clever and threw my first slider of the game - not sure why I ever throw a slider in this game. Unless it's a real knee-buckler, sliders get hit harder and more frequently than probably all of the other breaking/off-speed pitches combined. Velocity and location are irrelevant.
