This is the official thread for the voting in the first MLBPPWorld Community Manager position.

The duties that the Community Manager will entail will be focused on notifying administration of board issues, errors and bot spam. The CM will also be responsible for keeping the peace in threads that require it, while simultaneously not become a bully themselves. Any and all issues in regard to these manners will be evaluated by administration for conduct and mistreatment of others.

With that in mind, please vote for whom you believe would make an excellent Community Manager. This person must show strengths in maturity, peacekeeping, mediation and punctuality. Any CM that is voted in and does not meet these requirements will be rejected by administration and a new vote will be held.

If no CM of these traits can be found or voted in, I will be forced to bring harsher penalties to those who violate the simple rules of the board. I am a busy man and work a full-time job with several hobbies that include the management of this forum/wiki, and as such my life does not revolve around it.

This poll will be open for 2 weeks, starting as soon as this thread is posted. By the end of those two weeks, everyone should have had ample time to become informed of the nominees, or write in their own in this thread; they will also be tallied. You will be unable to change your vote once it is cast, so DO the research and THEN cast your vote.

Sorry though, it looks like Dish has this in the bag.

I think dishnetkid ultimately makes the most sense as a decision.

However, I voted for Eric Davis because he definitely deserves more than 0 votes.

My only reservation with Eric is that he isn't on very much and doesn't seem as tightly knit to us as others. And while that probably wouldn't matter (and won't matter considering Dish has like 5 votes already), I felt that it may be an issue.

Also, even though Dish has it all but wrapped up, I'm going to go through and carefully look at the candidates. That way I can find out if Dish really is the right choice, or if he's just the popular choice

I was very tempted to vote for Mac because he loves me so much, but then I remembered that he has meth. No offense to you, Mac. You're my second option.
