With chances of MLBPP09 not being released in the states, we are going to need some more active users to keep this site alive and active. So I have an idea of making a contest to attract new active users and give the current members a boost to get friends/family into the game. For each person you get to join the site, you will get 1(one) point if that person is active enough and stays active. At the end of the week, points will be tallied and the member with the most points will get a reward such as a player request that must be completed(can't be ridicoulous though)

I like the idea of a contest but no neccasarily the one you made because not everyone is gonna have people that play the game and some can just make accounts to get points

The jeopardy would be cool but how would that get new users into the site to become active?

We had Jeopardy once. It was in the chat we had. It was the most unorganized thing I've ever seen. We should sometimes have an organized version.

chat doesn't work anymore but it could be very organized if we tried hard enough and get chat back

We could find a different chat somewhere.

Of course I'm still not sure any of this could ever work.

What kind of contest could we do that could get us more active users?

There are none.
