Day One

I, Sacul Ynaews have finally made it to my dream college Florida. I was a gator and I really wanted to make an impact. I met two guys who were my teammates in high school. Wilson Henderson CF/IF and Josh Williams 2B/SS. We are all freshman and I am looking forward to doing well on and off the field. I want to hopefully get drafted.

I went through all my classes and then we met Coach Rodney Fernando who was pretty strong for a 36 year old. So he said our first game was Friday. So I got my jersey with Florida across the chest and 79 with Ynaews on the back. It was a nice day so halfway through practice we did BP. There was a lefty on the mound. So I thought about how I should for BP.

A) Go for contact
B) hit for power
C) try to swing for the fences

I decided to drive the ball around the out field getting some doubles and triples and one lone homerun to left field which was 325. After practice I went home and studied. The next day I went to school and found out a top prospect transferred to my school. Paul Thomas 1B with amazing power. He held the record at USC for homeruns in a season with (35). After school I went to practice and when I got there there was a crowd. Lo and behold that Paul Thomas was the one surrounded by my teammates and coaches. What should I do?

A) Confront him
B) introduce yourself
C) challenge him to a hitting contest
D) ignore him and work really hard

So I ignored hi and impressed my coach. I even crushed a 450 foot bomb which impressed everybody but Paul. He was mad and said that's not all that great I can do that all the time. I said yeah I heard you struck 75 times in 43 games at USC. Then walked away I officially had a rival. After I went home and went to sleep. I woke up it was Wednesday morning and my car was graffitied but I didn't notice until I got to Wilson and Josh's houses. It said Don't tell me you stupid little (censored). I thought nothing of it. After school I talked to my teammates about and up walks Paul Thomas, and his goons Brett Pollard and Peter Toby both pitchers. He asked "you like my artwork you little (bitch). I walked up to him with Wilson and Josh. Coach wasn't there yet.

What's my next move

A) Punch him
B) Ignore him
C) hit with your bat
D) challenge him to a hitting contest
E) go Marco Kennedy on him

I have a feeling you're going to regret this decision.

I said "You want to see a real power swing?" I grabbed my bat and hit him in the leg. That stunned him but he retaliated by punching me in the face. Then Brett and Peter both got involved and started swinging. Yet, Wilson and Josh stopped them and as Paul tried to hit me again. Coach Rodney Fernando stopped him. He said "You three your suspended for 5 games." He was referring to Paul, Brett, and Peter thankfully. After that practice went pretty smoothly. After some batting practice and fielding practice. We were dismissed with a gators break.
I drove to chipotle got a burrito and went back to my dorm. Which i shared with Wilson Henderson and Josh Williams. We played NBA 2k15 and Madden 15 we made ourselves as football and basketball players. To be honest we sucked. As thursday went by quickly at practice they were naming captains. Steve Barnes the junior catcher and Adam Davis the senior Shortstop. The remaining candidates were Me, Danny Chavez (So.), or Paul.
It was unanimous Sacul (Fr.) and Danny (So.) were the last two captains for Varsity. I said "What!" and Everybody had to tell me that I was a captain and that was the end of practice. We went back to our dorms. We decided to go swimming the night before the game and I called and asked Leonard and Patrick two sophomores if they wanted to go with us. Me, Wilson, Josh, Leonard, and Patrick all headed to the pool and went swimming. After we got out we realized it was past curfew we were in toruble so we sprinted back to our dorms without getting caught.

It was Friday February 12, 2015 we were set to face the Bruins of UCLA and here was what the line up said
Gators
1. Josh Williams 2B #1
2. Patrick Morris LF#10
3. Wilson Henderson CF #42
4. Sacul Yneaws 1B #79
5. Adam Davis SS # 5
6. Steve Barnes C #00
7. Jack Morrison RF #8
8. Danny Chavez 3B #3
9. Jared Barrett P #49
Facing a lefty named Greg Jackson 98 C 145 A 165 Senior CB 4 SPLT 5
pick 4 numbers 1-7

Why is he hitting fourth in the lineup for the Gators if his main weakness is power?
